Bloxx gives Stoltz Management Unparalleled Web Content Filtering

Company Background

Established in the 1950s, Stoltz Management is a vertically integrated real estate investment, development and services company. Stoltz provides top down senior management strategic direction and bottom up execution starting at the property level.

The Challenge

Stoltz previously used St. Bernard and SurfControl (now Websense) web filters to protect its network; however, it experienced a number of issues that prompted the company’s Director of IT Michael Lemon to search for another solution.

Management of the solutions was difficult and the reporting functionality caused problems. In terms of system performance, Lemon encountered issues processing websites with Java elements in a Proxy environment. Lemon wanted a Web content filter that saved him time, was easy to use yet technically advanced.

The Solution

Lemon did a thorough search of the market and his preferred partner Razor Technology recommended the Bloxx Web Filtering appliance.
